Today we’re talking about how I built myself an email list that pays for itself INSTANTLY!
People really struggle with this and I understand why – sometimes you dump months and months into a list and you don’t make money.
We’re using ClickFunnels for this video and if you hit the link above you can sign up for a free trial! What we basically do, a typical marketer will give something for free to get someone’s email, we all understand that step.
This works, it might not work right away, but it works. But, I’m gonna show you a system that I use that breaks even on day one: that’s the concept of a funnel (and why ClickFunnels comes in so well).
Instead of sending someone straight to the thank you page after capturing their email, I add in another page that offers more than what I originally offered, or an upsell. And sure, not everyone does it, but the point is – if I spend $50 to get people to visit my opt-in site, and even just 2 people buy, that’s already $40.
But wait, after that, you could offer even MORE with an Order Bump, and usually a third of the people who visit my page buy.
So, you can take what you earn, dump in back in for more people to opt-in, take it back, dump it back in, again, and again, and again. So not only am I building my list, I’m also making money in the process.
